Also known as sea thrift, armeria are beautiful small plants which produce floral balls on top of short stems.  Great as a rockery plant or along the edges of pathways, this little plant creates clumps of growth and provides a pop of colour amongst other plants.  They appreciate slightly acidic soil that is very well drained.
