Capillary matting is used to keep plants watered. A woven wool layer sits on top of a thin plastic sheet. Can be used on greenhouse staging to keep plants watered during summer, or indoors when plants are left unattended for periods of time. /p br If used indoors during holiday for instance, cut the mat to size, leave one edge in the sink and drape it over the draining board. Fill the sink with water to the top.
